A host of innovations have made the combi-steam oven ever more desirable. Automatic programmes offer culinary assistance that is entirely adjustable by the chef via the intuitive TFT controls. The 3-point core temperature sensor measures precisely the temperature and revises the cooking times as the dish is cooking. Water tanks have been enlarged, made more accessible and alert the chef when they require attention.

Sous-vide is facilitated by a cooking function as well as the addition of the vacuuming drawer and all models are Home Connect enabled.

The automatic cleaning system, now available in all combi-steam ovens 400 series as well as a fixed water supply model of the 200 series, uses a cartridge to thoroughly clean the appliance.
